LEXICAL- SEMANTIC FIELD "MAIDAN" IN THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE

Article is dedicated to the analysis of the lexical- semantic field "Maidan" in the Russian language. Analyzed topicality "Maidan" in everyday speech in connection with numerous Maidan events in several countries. Developing a model of lexical- semantic field "Maidan". Allocated microfield forming field "Maidan". Grouped lexical units each microfield. Classified thematic groups within microfield with the release of lexical elements of each group. Such an analysis would be of interest to specialists in the field of lexicology, lexicography semasiology and Russian language. The analysis can be employed in the preparation of word dictionaries and gazetteers synonymy in Russian language.
