Abstract
At the present stage of development of forms of public life the problems considering a human factor and statement, solution of questions on how various reflected in language personal aspects of communicant are represented actual. The special role is played by the pragmatic aspect, which has been directly connected with use of language for impact on communicant in the course of their communication, studying linguistic signs in their attitude towards the one who creates them and accept. We are interested in the pragmatic aspect of studying of relationship of the author of linguistic sign and the sign, fact recognition that language, carrying out communication function, serves not only for information transfer, but also for impact on communicant. Research of the mechanism of speech influence on communicant promotes profound idea of process of knowledge, development of ways and means of the maximum influence for conscious behavior of communicant. This mechanism has two sides: on the one hand, the case is dependence of the use of language units on the purposes of the sender of the text of "language existence", on the other hand, character and extent of the influence made by means of language on the recipient of the text, taking into account individual properties.
