Abstract
He research of evolution of the concepts of work with the personnel in the organization is conducted in the article. Transformation of the concepts is systematized on aspects of comparison and considered within schools and approaches to management. The conclusion that the most effective type of the organization in the conditions of social management is the self-training organization is drawn.
