DIAGNOSTICS OF MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS: THE MAIN POINT AND CONCEPTS

The nature of transnational corporations (TNCs), particularly their activity in the present conditions of global economy and the extent of their activities are considered in the article. The basic advantages of TNCs, which not only increase their competitiveness, but also makes them much more resistant to the financial instability and bankruptcy, compared with other forms of economic activity (national corporate entities) are detected. Also the basic tools of financial management, applied by modern multinational corporations in order to diagnose the state, identify the financial crisis and prevent failure, are analyzed.
