Pedagogical condotions of formation readiness of the future officers for educational work with the personnel

It is proved that the preparation of the future officers to educational work with the personnel will be carried out more effectively in the organization of higher military educational institutions of special pedagogical conditions. Substantiates pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of the future officers to educational work with the personnel: 1) formation of cadets of basic human values; 2) the organization of future officers mastering all areas of training (humanitarian, command post, engineering, economics and management), knowledge and skills of educational work with staff in the classroom, self-study, practice. The features of content, forms, methods, techniques, organization of educational and professional activities for the implementation of the pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of the future officers to educational work with staff in the educational process in higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
