Pedagogical conditions and a model for developing readiness to leadership with intended Ukrainian border guard officer

The objective of the article is baring of pedagogical terms of forming for the future border officers-guards of readiness to leadership. In the article pedagogical terms and model of forming for the future officers of national boundary service of Ukraine of readiness for leadership are analyzed. Apart from determination of basic pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of cadets to leadership, it is taken into account that an important value in this work has development of model of this process. A model allows in unity and integrity to see a forming process of formation of persistent qualities of the individual specialist appropriately to organize the work on development of psychological and professional readiness of cadets to leadership. Basic structural components in this model interaction ensure its functioning and integrity. These components are the target, a meaningful, technology and expected efficiency.
