Abstract
The objective is to develop methods to stimulate the labor of highly skilled workers on the basis of control of their professional growth. The article proposes a new management tool a business career ? a roadmap for professional growth, development of offers on increase of efficiency of personnel potential workers in modern conditions. It is concluded that the system of incentives at the enterprise along with financial methods of motivation should be used in methods focused on professional growth of employees that will not only enhance the level of personnel potential of the enterprise, but also the level of capitalization of its economic potential.
