УПРАВЛЕНИЕ ПРОЕКТАМИ В СИСТЕМЕ СТРАТЕГИЧЕСКОГО УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ОРГАНИЗАЦИЕЙ (НА ПРИМЕРЕ ОАО ?РЖД?)

The project approach, while being an effective instrument for functioning of an organization under conditions of “the economy of changes”, is rapidly progressing both abroad and in Russia. The problem of establishment and development of the environment for the project activity in an organization (the corporate project management system) is particularly urgent for the Russian business. In the context of achieving the purposes of the strategic development program the project-based approach acquires an ever increasing importance in the JSC RZD. Separate lines of realization of the project management in the JSC RZD are analyzed in the report.
