ИЗМЕНЕНИЕ НЕКОТОРЫХ ПОКАЗАТЕЛЕЙ ГЕМОДИНАМИКИ ПРИ ОБСТРУКТИВНЫХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЯХ ЛЕГКИХ

The article provides an assessment of some indicators of hemodynamics in obstructive lung diseases. It was used clinical, laboratory, instrumental and statistical methods. The change of central hemodynamic parameters in the form of diastolic dysfunction of the right and left ventricle with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction. Clinical trials allows to recommend the ECHO CS-patients with COPD in the dynamics on the background of the therapy, the results of which enable you to visualize the fact of cardiac dysfunction and its character, to assess the state of the heart and hemodynamics.
