The problems of the anesthetic in the outpatient surgery in gynecological patients. Observations on the work of the Cabinet on the basis of the operating gynecologist BUZ NGO "City Maternity Hospital" from 2012 to 2014 revealed a number of problems in the work of the anesthetist: the lack of a common protocol survey, insufficient equipment cabinets gynecologists operating necessary equipment, nullifies the possibility of outpatient intervention ignorance of the patient about the possibility of intervention in the outpatient setting, the fear that aid in this case is not in full, need to establish a system of control over the state of discharged patients.
