СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ МЕТОДОВ ГИГИЕНИЧЕСКОЙ ОЦЕНКИ ФИЗИЧЕСКОГО РАЗВИТИЯ ДЕТЕЙ И ПОДРОСТКОВ

The article describes the main problems with the hygienic evaluation of the physical development of children and adolescents, which arises from doctors during the comprehensive assessment of the state of health of the child population. Background: the development of methodology for assessing the physical development of children and adolescents which generalized the results of three of the most common methods in use - sigma deviations, regression and centile methods. Materials and methods. The authors carried out a medical examination 4837 children in secondary institutions of Samara and Penza regions. Based on the results of the medical examination were created modern standards of physical development of the child population for each of the known methods of evaluation. Using established standards, hygienic assessment was made of the physical development of the children surveyed by sigma deviations, regression and centile methods. Statistical analysis of the results of research carried out by methods of variation statistics, correlation analysis using a statistical software package Statistica 10.0, Microsoft Excel (2010).
