КОЛИЧЕСТВЕННОЕ ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЕ ЖЕЛЧНЫХ КИСЛОТ В КРОВИ У БОЛЬНЫХ НЕАЛКОГОЛЬНОЙ ЖИРОВОЙ БОЛЕЗНЬЮ ПЕЧЕНИ

Purpose of the study. Work out the method for the determination of bile acids in the blood of patients with NAFLD. Material and methods. To determine the biliary acids in the serum of patients with NAFLD used GLC "Chromos GC-1000" (Russia). Results. The contents of all five LCD healthy individuals was not statistically different by gender. At the same time, the LCD in patients with NAFLD as in steatosis and steatohepatitis in statistically significantly higher than the control group. There is a significant difference in the content of certain fatty acids in the blood between patients with hepatic steatosis and steatohepatitis. Conclusions. Identification of the main bile acids in serum by gas-liquid chromatography is fairly informative.
