НЕЙРОПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ НАРУШЕНИЯ ТИПА СОСУДИСТОЙ ДЕМЕНЦИИ, НАШЕДШИЕ ОТРАЖЕНИЕ В ИЗМЕНЕНИЯХ ПОДКОРКИ МОЗГА

We investigated the group of 20 patients eldest 50 with cognitive manifestations. There were used the psychological method of study and the method of magneto-resonance tomography. In these patients we revealed as neuropsycological symptoms both Rontgen changes in the white cerebral matter: many small centres of vessel genesis with MR hypersignal. Sometimes these centres combined all together in the picture of leucoareosis. Besides for these patients are rather typical the factorial anisotropic phenomenon in axons in the different sites of the Brain.
