Abstract

In the season of 2014 lasted a long-term study of the species composition of Lepidoptera, identifying harmful and rare species, the definition of seasonal dynamics of moth flight. Performed weekly trapping of nocturnal Lepidoptera in the automatic light trap with a container for killing insects by means of dichloroethane vapor. Heterocera (Heterocera) were identified to species and counted the number of individuals of each species in collections. The basic materials for the analysis were noctuids (Noctuidae), moth (Pyralidae, Crambidae, Phycitidae, Pyraustidae) and the geometrid moths (Geometridae). Monitoring of lepidopteran pests in 2014 showed that populations of the major species are depressed. The drought of the second half of the summer of 2014, following the 2013 drought has reduced the population density. The species composition of the main harmful species does not qualitatively changed. New data on pest continue to allow modeling depending on the status of populations of hydrothermal coefficient.
