ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ АНТИМИКРОБНОЙ АКТИВНОСТИ МАЦЕРАТА ВОЗДУШНО?СУХОГО СЫРЬЯ ЛАМИНАРИИ САХАРИСТОЙ

The aim of this study was to investigate oil macerate of Laminaria saccharina air-dry raw material influence on asporous anaerobic bacteria of the genus Bacteroides growth on Schaedler agar. The chlorophylls sum content in the macerate was determined using UV-spectrophotometry. As a result, it was established that the macerate in which chlorophylls sum content is 4.3 μg/ml inhibits the anaerobic microorganisms growth and can be used to obtain dosage forms with antibacterial activity, using technology that eliminates the need in organic solvents.
