Abstract
The issue of formation of innovative thinking at young specialists as possibilities of vision and search of a solution, acceptance of new working conditions and professional improvement is considered in this article. On the basis of the conducted research types of persons of young specialists based on manifestation of such property of thinking as "sensitivity to problem" are allocated.
