The article deals with the purpose of communicative competence: able to be monologic utterance on the medical theme; make a speech pattern on a given topic; professionally communicate with patients and colleagues in accordance with rules of speech etiquette; engage in conversation; arguments to express their own position and to perceive the voice of the caller; formulate questions and reasonably respond to them; own speech situation in the professional field of communication
