Abstract
Micro-channel heat exchangers are widely used in various industries for saving energy and resources. The heat transfer rate of convective heat transfer can be enhanced by changing geometry, boundary conditions or by enhancing thermal conductivity of the fluid. Development in micromachining and micro-miniaturization techniques has made possible the fabrication of microchannel.
