Abstract
The article describes the principles of training specialists in physical culture and sports, which affect the efficiency of their operations and revealing the basic requirements laid down to them as specialists in the field. It has been shown that training plays an important role in shaping the knowledge and qualities that should be possessed future experts of physical culture. It should have its own specificity and be an efficient reflection of the future specialist's personal qualities. Vocational training should be implemented on the basis of an integrative approach to the formation of its content, the selection of forms and methods of teaching physical education. The problem of preparation of the future teacher of is the actual scope for further educational research.
