THE FORMATION OF GREEN CITY FRAME

The problem of green city frame forming is currently the most relevant for industrial cities, which living environmental conditions require cardinal corrections that corresponds the global concept of sustainable development and requires the formation of programs for habitation ecological reconstruction. The article includes information about green potential of the cities that were built during the Soviet period, and the assessment of its adequacy in relation to compliance with the current recommendations for ecological well-being of the city, that is the novelty of carried study.
