THE FORMATION OF READINESS OF TEACHERS OF SECONDARY SCHOOLS TO THE SUPERVISION OF THE RESEARCH ACTIVITIES OF STUDENTS

The paper presents the problem of readiness of modern teachers of secondary schools for the organization and management of students’ research activities according to the requirements of the FSES. The author described the causes that block the effective solution and offered a rough plan of the program of teachers’ competence development that aimed to increase their preparation level for the organization and carrying out of students’ research activities.
