Conceptual framework and efficient development priorities of agrarian university

An article highlights the nature and significance of innovations in g eneral and in the system of higher education in particular. The focus is made on Mykolaiv National Agrarian University and its experience in the innovations’ implementation into the educational process. At the same time the functions and directions of the University Research Park activities are studied, the energy-efficient projects which were developed in the University, the Programme of Regional State Administration which was generated together with the Department of Agriculture Development and Mykolaiv National Agrarian University to support the development of the agricultural servicing cooperatives is presented. The deficiencies that occur in the implementation of the innovative education and the basic directions of their elimination are revealed.
