Abstract
Moral development is an important socialization mechanism and the main regulator of child’s conduct in society. In the conditions of renovating primary school, problem and value communication can act as the leading kind of extracurricular activities. In the article there are represented the materials of the problem empiric research and experimental program and methodological provision of arrangement of junior schoolchildren moral development in extracurricular activity.
