The Extension of Methods in Civil Procedural Regulation

In the article the need to extend the number of methodsin civil procedural regulation is pointed out. Thus the author suggested to evolve the determining method of civil procedure along with mandatory and discretionary methods as well. This new method of civil procedural impact on the civil procedural relationships is enshrined in the norms of civil procedural law and represents the focused way of legal influence on civil proceedings. The contents of this particular mode of legal method is expressed in providing the needed legal value to the discretionary actions of a parties in civil procedure by the imperative of a court order.
