The Principles of Confidentiality during the Covert Investigation (Investigative Actions)

The lack of a national strategy for combating crime is a reason that leads to the existence of negative trends, distribution, and reproduction crime. Participation in the struggle against crime and socially justified serves as an important tool for state legal protection of individual human rights and freedoms, property, public and state interests. Investigation practice, unfortunately, shows a serious discrepancy objective capacity units to preserve secret evidence confidential cooperation with police officers the same requirements set out in the legislation and instructions.
