Abstract

The author of the article explained the theoretical bases of cluster formation and development. The formation of the cluster is considered as the main direction of development of innovation activity. The author presented the concept agro cluster, revealed the economic feasibility of the development of agro-industrial clusters and identified the factors constraining the development of clusters in the regions.
