Abstract
The paper investigates different aspects of community administration personnel’ labour satisfaction. The aim is supported by the instrument Job Satisfaction Survey, developed byPaul E. Spector. The empirical research results are presented in graphs. The degree of satisfaction of the selected personnel group is analyzed and the outcomes of the degree of satisfaction are discussed.
