Abstract
The aim of the research is to study peculiarities of clinical progression of gastro-duodenal diseases at preschool and junior schoolchildren taking into account contamination by Н. pylori. 120 children of preschool and school age are observed. Contamination of children of preschool and school age by Н. pylori is rather high ? 86 (72,2 %) children which is almost the same as contamination of children of older age. Contamination rate is higher at chronic gastro-duodenitis (81,8 %), although it does not vary widely at functional dyspepsia (67,8 %).
