Abstract

When it comes to exile as an example forced migration, in almost every community throughout of exile, directly or indirectly involving the content of the processes are seen during history. Accordingly this fact, while some actors are exile community, the others have affected indirectly by this actor communities. Unlike the free migration exiles reefers to the change in a mandatory environment. A person or community who exposures the exile process, like socio-cultural environment has changed, as have settled in the new place in the definitions of identity and belonging. Non-Slavic communities who live within the borders of Soviet Russia, such a process had excused. Especially, Turkish and Muslim communities with variety charges, this process has been effected more to. In this point This work has presented as a new discipline that sociology of exile the theoretical and the theoretical sub-structure. This work has evaluated concept of socio-political exile which is an important pillar of sociology of exile in the Soviet Russia the case.
