Abstract
The article focuses on the problem of language rules in ontolinguistic perspective. The difficulties in formulating the rules of choosing the kind of a verb are revealed; it is proved that some semantic and structural functions of grammemas can be mastered mainly on the level of linguistic feeling, but not in the way of following the definite algorithm which help in choosing the necessary verb
