Beck Depression inventory was used to the individuals. Pre and post-test were used to the experimental and control groups. Results were analysis with ANOVA and it revealed decreases in depression over the intervention. Both groups benefited from the physical exercise intervention and there was no difference between the two experimental groups. These findings indicate that both type of the exercise can mitigate depression and that these result are not depend on the one of the two exercises.
