Abstract

The article deals with the problem of professional deformation of teacher’s personality. It pays special attention to the peculiarity of preschool education teacher’s professional activity in the context of its influence on professional deformation of personality. The article closely considers definition of criteria, indicators and levels of professional deformity of preschool educational organizations workers, types of professional deformations and their causes for specialists with various social and psychological features. The authors present the experience of empirical research in preschool education teachers’ professional deformation.
