АРТЕРИАЛЬНАЯ РИГИДНОСТЬ У БОЛЬНЫХ ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ ОБСТРУКТИВНОЙ БОЛЕЗНЬЮ ЛЕГКИХ В УСЛОВИЯХ ВЕНТИЛЯЦИОННЫХ НАРУШЕНИЙ

Aim of studies was examine a state of vascular stiffness in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) of moderate course in connection with the indices of bronchial patency. At 56 patients with COPD at the II stageat age from 50 before 60 years by method of volume sphygmography studied the рulse wave velocity (PWV): right/left brachio-malleolus PWV (L/R-PWV), cardio-malleolus PWP (B-PWV), carotid-femoral (PWV-aorta). In the group of the patients was determined tendency to increase L/R-PWV, B-PWV. Length COPD has formed 13,7 years. The patients had increased and pathologic PWVaorta were 23,2 %. Restrictions of bronchial excessive patency that confirmed by the obtained negative interconnection between the PWV?aorta and FEV1 (p<0,05), and FEV1/FVC are influenced on the formation of the excessive vascular stiffness.
