ПРИНЦИП СВОБОДЫ СОВЕСТИ В ГУМАНИТАРНОМ ПРАВЕ: ФИЛОСОФСКИЙ, ИСТОРИЧЕСКИЙ И ПРАВОВОЙ АСПЕКТЫ

Abstract
The aim of this study was to analyze the implementation of the principle of freedom of conscience humanitarian law, as he often declared, but not guaranteed. Systematic and logical method of research allowed to reveal its essential features in humanitarian law, to reveal its internal mechanisms in the context of philosophy and history of law. The results revealed that the spiritual autonomy of the individual in the context of the implementation of the principle of freedom of conscience in humanitarian law is based on a succession of international humanitarian law, protecting universal human values against the challenges and threats of the modern world.
