Article is devoted to the analysis of the argument of a diplomatic discourse. The purpose consists in research of strategy and tactics of speech influence as examples of a dialectic reasoning. Relevance of work is caused by an important social role of the argument in political interaction, and also orientation of modern science to studying the ways of optimization of speech influence.
