Abstract

In the four populations studied Pinus sylvestrys L. identified 107 ISSR- PCR markers, of which 94 were polymorphic (P95=0,879). The expected heterozygosity (HE) for the total sample was 0,156. High levels of genetic diversity established in the population located in Korotninskom forestry, the Republic of Mari El (P95 = 0,679; HE = 0,217; ne = 1,370), and the lowest observed in the population at Uren forestry, Nizhny Novgorod region (P95 = 0,506; HE = 0,101; ne = 1,157). Analysis of the genetic structure of 4 populations of P. sylvestrys has shown that interoperation component account for 53.7% of the genetic diversity.
