The Aim of the study is to examine the socio - cultural processes 17? early 30-ies of XX century history of the development of creative searches of the early post-revolutionary decades given from the perspective of their impact on shaping attitudes in the field of spatial art. In this regard, the author analyzes the works of Leningrad architects of the early twentieth century. The author reveals the typology of the objects of constructivism in their place of accommodation in the city.
