ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ И ПЕРЕНОСИМОСТЬ ПРЕПАРАТОВ, ИЗМЕНЯЮЩИХ ТЕЧЕНИЕ РАССЕЯННОГО СКЛЕРОЗА, У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ПОВЫШЕННЫМ ТИТРОМ

Background. To evaluate the effectiveness and portability of pathogenetic therapy of multiple sclerosis under the influence of thyroid gland. Methods. An analysis of the number of relapses during treatment, tomograms, assessment of severity of side effects of therapy with a specialized questionnaires were performed in MS patients with different pathologies of thyroid. Result and conclusion. The reduction in the efficiency of the pathogenetic therapy and more several local reactions to drugs for disease modifying of MS under the influence of autoimmune reactivity to thyroid antigens were detected.
