ГИПОЛИПИДЕМИЧЕСКОЕ ДЕЙСТВИЕ ГРОССМИЗИНА ПРИ ГИПЕРЛИПИДЕМИИ, ИНДУЦИРОВАННОЙ ТРИТОНОМ WR 1339

The aim of the research is to study the hypolipidemic activity of grossmizin. The study was performed on rats with experimental hyperlipidemia induced by Triton wr1339. As the comparison drug used fenofibrate. Fenofibrate reduced the elevated levels of triacylglycerols, free fatty acids and total cholesterol in the serum of animals. Grossmizin reduced levels of triacylglycerols in blood serum, increased on the background of acute hyperlipidemia. Investigated sesquiterpene lactone on the model of acute hyperlipidemia was not significantly influenced by elevated levels of total cholesterol and free fatty acids.
