Abstract
The article describes the activities of the permanent body of international justice ? International criminal court, is empowered to prosecute individuals for serious crimes of concern to the entire international community. Analyzed the competence and powers of the International criminal court. It is also focused on the first results of the International criminal court and its role in strengthening international stability.
