ДОКТРИНA ВЕРХОВЕНСТВА ПРАВА В ЗАКОНОДАТЕЛЬСТВЕ УКРАИНЫ

The article examines the reflection of the supremacy doctrine in the legislation of Ukraine. In the global legal space, there is no common understanding of the supremacy and it is the main problem. Analysis of Ukrainian legislation also makes it impossible to make a conclusion about the supremacy content and its interrelation with the other principles. This principle is envisaged in the laws of Ukraine without interpretation or varied explanation, making it difficult to understand and practical application. According to the author, there is no need to automatically copy the supremacy constitutional principle in the legislation without defining its meaning. The revealing of the supremacy contents only can be possible according to the international documents and jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights
