Abstract
Vaginal primary malignant melanoma (VPMM) is an extremely rare and highly aggressive tumor. It accounts for less than 3% of all vaginal malignancies and 0.3-0.8% of all malignant melanomas. It is the 2nd most common malignant melanoma of the female genital tract. Until today, less than 300 cases of VPMM have been reported in the English literature.
