Abstract
In the official statistics no socio-economic information about characterizes the willingness of enterprises of the implementation of corporate social responsibility, and also the willingness of employees to accept it and cultivate CSR. First of all, the managers must know their staff ready for such changes. One of the areas of CSR research labor relations, interaction with internal company stakeholders (or groups of influence) - the staff. Research staff understanding their livelihoods in the implementation of CSR principles and adhere to the appropriate measures are becoming more important. The importance of CSR policy of the company, the need for research personnel readiness to accept CSR policy of the company are considered in the article.
