Abstract

The experiments with rats has detected that oxytocin, Semax and Melittin have antinociceptive activity, which is proved by the increase of response latency of tail removing. Exogenic heparine intensifies analgesic action of oxytocin and Melittin and decreases the indices of response latency of tail removing after using Semax. Protamine sulphate blocks endogenic heparine and increases response latency of tail removing after oxytocin intake and decreases an-tinociceptive action of Melittin. It is supposed that multidirectional action of heparine is caused by different places of action of regulatory peptides.
