Abstract
Encephalorrhagia (apoplectic attack) is a widespread disease, which occurs after abrupt stop of brain blood supply. As a result of absence of nutrients and oxygen, brain cells die, which has drastic consequences, for instance, hemiparesis, speech imperceptions, speech disturbance and even death. There are two types of encephalorrhagia: local ischemia (apoplectic attack) or brain bleeding.
