Social and labor relations: relationship between subject and level of labor relations

Analysis of factors and their structure which impact on evaluation of social and labor relations is carried out in article. Among them it is named quality of work life, social standard of living, development factors of SLR. Aspects of SLR are specified, six key aspects are defined: social, politics, labor, institutional, ethic, historical. Viability of historical factor is proved. Classification of SLR basing on their level is considered, subject of SLR is detailed on every of five levels from an individual employee level to a national level. As a result of additional detalization of the subject of SLR it is possible to select regulation and management methods of particular level.
