An Efficient Object Carousel Delivery Strategy in VBR Environment

Many television broadcasters have tried to broadcast data in addition to video stream and audio stream. And ATSC (Advanced Television Systems Committee). DVB (Digital Video Broadcasting) have finalized the specification for data broadcasting. In this paper, we describe the VBR HDTV multiplexing for data broadcasting and propose Object Carousel delivery strategy for data broadcasting in HDTV environment. Comparing with the existing VBR encoding. The proposed scheme with VBR HDTV multiplexing technique enable to broadcast a set of data efficiently.
