POWER IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBALIZATION

The article deals with the problem of power and the nation-state, witch understood from the perspective of the modernity global challenges as the multi-level process system of world-historical development. The analysis showed that in the modern world have three levels of government - macro, mezzo- and micro. Author examines the interaction between them through the prism of fundamental concepts of modern globalization. Raises the question about the fate of the nation-state in modern conditions, also makes distinction between globalization and globalism
