Abstract
The problem of the optimal stabilization of linear dynamical systems for priority control is considers. The solution of the problem is constructed by means of Lyapunov's second method and realizing functional reminimization. As an example the problem of stabilization for the priority of the perturbed optimal control is solved for the center of mass of an artificial earth satellite in a circular orbit.
