Abstract
This article examines the process of warming up of paper web in the drying section of a paper machine with contact method of heat delivery. Outstripped the main indicators of quality. Formulated the problem of optimal control of warm-up of the paper web in accordance with the selected criterion of quality in the presence of restrictions on the parameters of the state and control actions.
